Terms of Service

Last updated 13 August 2026 · Applies to weienwong.online and every service on its subdomains.

Operator note — remove this box before publishing. These terms describe how the platform actually works today, but they are not legal advice. Fill in the registered entity in section 1 and the governing jurisdiction in section 11, and have a qualified lawyer review them before relying on them.

1. Who these terms are with

To complete: name the legal entity behind the Service and its registered address. Until this is filled in, these terms have no identified counterparty and are difficult to enforce.

These terms are an agreement between you and Weien Wong (“we”, “us”), the operator of weienwong.online and the services hosted on its subdomains (together, “the Service”).

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

3. Your account

  • Provide an email address you control, and keep it current — it is how we reach you about your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Keep your password secret. Tell us promptly at contact@weienwong.online if you believe it has been compromised.
  • Do not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.
  • You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

4. One account, all services

A single sign-in grants access to every service on our subdomains. This is a convenience, and it carries a matching responsibility: if your password is guessed or reused from a breached site, every service you can reach is exposed at once.

Use a strong, unique password. We enforce a minimum length and reject commonly breached passwords, but the strength of your credentials is ultimately in your hands.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any applicable law, or the terms of any third-party site the Service interacts with;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our prior written permission;
  • interfere with the Service’s operation, including by overwhelming it with requests;
  • resell or redistribute access to the Service without our agreement;
  • use the Service to collect, store or distribute personal data unlawfully, or to send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of anti-spam law;
  • use automated means to create accounts in bulk.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

6. Data you collect through the Service

Parts of the Service gather publicly available information from third-party platforms. You are responsible for how you use what you collect, including compliance with the source platform’s terms and with data-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Some third-party platforms restrict automated collection. Nothing here grants you a right to use those platforms in a way their own terms forbid, and we accept no responsibility for consequences you incur by doing so, including the suspension of any third-party account you use.

If you use the Service to send outbound email, you are the sender in law and must comply with applicable anti-spam legislation, including honouring unsubscribe requests.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Several components are experimental. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, including individual subdomains, at any time.

We may impose limits on usage — request rates, job sizes, storage — to keep the platform stable.

8. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, branding and interfaces belong to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Data you supply to the Service remains yours, and you grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to operate the Service.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data it produces is accurate or complete.

Nothing produced by the Service is financial, investment, legal or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

To complete: state the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction — normally where the operating entity is established. Without this, a dispute has no agreed forum.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact@weienwong.online.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
